The condition in which someone has eyes with minds of their own and separate from the other eye. This includes one eye blinking (not in a wink either), one eye looking around while the other stays still, and obnoxious lazy eyes. Made famous by actor and trainwreck, Gary Busey. A sign of a crazy person.
Joe- Did you see the new history teacher?
Bill- Yes, she is beyond crazy and creepy.
Joe- I know. She has a wicked case of Gary Busey eyes.
