A girl considered to be posh and/or very rich with far less expensive tastes e.g. fake tan, football and (often fake) bling. Derived from Chelsea (the affluent London area) and Essex (home of the essex girl)

Sophie is so chessex, look at her outrageous bottle tan and massive chrome necklace...
