snicker butt

Snicker butt is when either one doesn't wipe properly or one expresses a wet fart filling your crack with unwanted mess. Often causes itching and embarrassing jerky movements.

"Joe ran out of t.p. in the jiffy john and now he has snicker butt, look how he is walking."
