1. Used as a insult/joke when roasting someone or pointing out ones idiocy, usually used with a flat palmed hand pointing towards the person speaking to, with the thumb bent at the half point into the hand.

2. Used as slang for a young male.

1. Person: Im not gay but i like dicks.
Person 2: Boi you stupid.

2. Person: Hey boi.
