The act of being a pompous prick. Typically relates to pseudo intellectuals who took a few philosophy classes in college and think they're automatically amateur philosophers. They tend to rant endlessly and say things that they don't actually understand.
"Dude, you're acting like a quigle right now. You're not actually making sense. You keep saying that word but I don't think it means what you think it means."
