A bloody mary is when your giving your girlfriend oral sex when her period begins. The origin of the word comes from Boone, North Carolina, when Alek Pike ate a girl out for the first time, and thought it was normal that he had blood all over his face and nose afterward.

Alek gave her a bloody mary in the mountains.
