Typically an East Asian, Asian, or Caucasian individual who is too gangsta to use the N-word with a hard 'R' so we call each other by our gangsta Neanda name. Typically racist individuals from the African American community will call us Neanderthal with a hard 'THAL' at the end to remind us of our times as slaves on the African continent and how we were subjugated. Neanda's all share a common goal of receiving reparations for the thousands of years of oppression from African nations throughout history. We are willing to accept cash, checks, or PayPal.
