Irreverable

ir-rev-er-a-ble | \ ˌi-ˈre-v(ə-)rə-bəl \
adjective
Definition
Completely stripped of intrinsic dignity; rendered permanently incapable of being respected, honored, or feared. It describes a person, position, or institution that has fallen so profoundly, or compromised their core moral architecture so entirely, that the human mind can no longer physically wire itself to view them with gravity or sanctity.
Etymology
Formed by the prefix ir- (not) + the root verb revere (from the Latin revereri, to stand in awe of) + the suffix -able (capable of). Literally: incapable of commanding awe.
Instead of just calling the court biased, the author labels the institution irreverable. The illusion of the "majesty of the law" is dead. The public can obey the law out of fear of punishment, but the system itself has become an irreverable joke—it can never again command genuine, willing moral respect from the populace.
