Metarant
A passionate, frustrated tirade where the speaker is completely aware they are ranting, often commenting on or critiquing their own anger in real time. It usually involves a loop where the person claims they aren't going to complain about something, yet continues to complain about the fact that they are currently complaining.
"I was going to rant about this, but I guess I'm not now, though now I guess I still am ranting and this is turning into a metarant."
"Ugh, look at how angry I'm getting. This is a metarant. It just makes me so mad, that's all. I'm just metaranting at this point."
