Short for "Calm The Fuck Down"; used when someone grossly over reacts to a trivial situation.

(Bob is sitting at his desk, and Alex bumps into it, accidentally knocking Bob's pen off)

Bob: Dude, WHAT IT WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

Alex: CTFD, man!!
