An ironic term used by our president to make fun of the stupidity and immaturity of the Republican party getting pissed off about the health care bill. The fact that no Republican seems to get this makes it even funnier.

Bill: "Can you belive how stupid the President is using 'wee-wee'd up?' How immature. McCain would've been so much better"
Joe: "You're a fucking moron"
