A combination of "no" and "yeah". (1)Used in situations where either answer could potentially lead to trouble. (2)Accidentally used when one decides to lie at the last second.
Example 1:
Significant Other: Be honest, are you attracted to him/her?
Person 2: ... Nyeh.
Example 2:
Teacher: Did you do your homework?
Student: nYEH!
