a Twitter pig, an oinker. A twoink uses Twitter only for self-promotion, linking to his or her blog posts, etc., and never attempting to otherwise entertain or inform. Coined on 3/29/11 by Gene Weingarten of the Washington Post.

Look at his Twitter feed. One tweet a day, each a link to his comic strip. What a selfish twoink.
