An extreme racial slur describing an Asian man due to their traditional straw hats. It is mocking their cultural heritage due to the similarity between the hats and baskets. It is one of the most offensive things you can call someone of Asian descent.

"I fucking hate baskets and want to commit hate crimes against them."
