A person that is obsessed with moe characters. Moe means like adorable in japanese Otaku-Slang. Moe is often combined with Lolis, but it doesn't have to be, adult characters can be moe too!
A: He really likes watching anime with cute girls doing cute things doesn't he?
B: Well, he's a Moecon after all.
