The Tennessee two-step is the act of performing anal sex on a woman who is on the verge of severe diarrhea. The goal of the two step is to have a third partner in waiting that will, via a tag team method, switch places with the man fucking the woman in the ass in an attempt to replace his penis with the other penis and not have any diarrhea fall out.
