Guitarist for band X-Japan, but when they disbanded, was able to work more on other music career. Had a couple solo albums then an album with Zilch and another with Spread Beaver, both his bands. Committed suicide.

Do As Infinity 

Great Japanese band, vocalist Tomiko Van, Guitarist Ryo Owatari, and other guitarist (who doesn't go to promotional stuff anymore) Dai Nagao.

"Fukai Mori" is a great Do As Infinity Song, but I like "Raven" the most.

hyde 

The lead vocalist of the band L'arc~en~Ciel and is also second guitarist. Had solo career between Laruku's 8th (Real) and 9th (Smile) albums. 1st solo album Roentgen is balladic, 2nd solo album 666 is very dark and is hard rock. He smokes so his voice now isn't what it used to be. He sings really low now, but in Laruku's early days, he could get hella high notes.

Hyde needs to stop smoking so his voice can get a little better.

1. Short for the great band Do As Infinity (usually D-A-I)
2. Dai Nagao, Member of Do As Infinity. After two albums, he decided not to show up for promotional stuff, and stayed behind the scenes.

1. D-A-I is short for Do As Infinity
2. Dai Nagao has a double neck acoustic guitar, one neck is 6 string, the other neck is 12 string.
