gymteractions
(noun) — any interaction at the gym beyond the bare minimum. Ranges from "nice form, what program are you on?" to "I've been watching you squat for three weeks and finally got the nerve to say hi." Often involves ulterior motives disguised as fitness talk. Can be wanted, unwanted, or depends-who's-asking. The gym is the most charged social environment most people are in regularly — gymteractions are what happen because of it.
