party bitches

A group of females whom only hang out at party's and are seen no where else outside of party's. Usually come in small groups of three or more. People who are also attending the party never see them anywhere else aside from specific parties. Creating the name "the party bitches".

"Oh look, here come the party bitches." "Are the party bitches coming tonight?"
