A meltdown or hissy fit is an emotional outburst, usually associated with Donald Trump or those suffering from over inflated egos and megalomania. It is typically characterized by stubbornness, crying, pathological lying, screaming, defiance, anger ranting, a resistance to attempts at pacification and, in some cases, hitting.
