Peter7

An extension of the Peter Principle, where guys would rate girls who hooked up with them as 7, when in reality, those girls are really ugly. Reason for just 7 is that these guys, deep down, know that they can't get anything above a 7.

Dude, the girl that he found on yahoo personals isn't a double bagger! On a good day, she's at least a Peter7!
