To make a plant based version of an otherwise meat or dairy based dish. For example; a white sauce made out of puréed roasted cauliflower instead of dairy milk and cheese etc.
1.I like to plantbaserise common meat dishes such as bolognese sauce by using ground mushrooms instead of mince.
