1. Thing, as in, the yoke over there.

2. Ecstasy tablets

keep it civil

To behave in a civilised manner, to act with civility. When one is not currently keeping it "real", the best you can hope is that they keep it "civil".

This is also a good way of pissing off people who you don't like.

This can be used as a derogatory term.

"Take it easy man"
