The deviant sex act of forcefully withstraining someone, then streaching their penis until it becomes extremely thin and elongated. Then another accomplice, prepaired with silver spray paint, sprays victoms penis, twists the end, thus maiking it look like a bicycle kickstand. aka "the Lucero"
