When a person has the floor and then a person with the name "Glen" interrupts the other person in the middle of their thought or conversation. Glen interrupts this conversation proceeding to complete the original persons thought, adding his own twist to conversation.

There were a lot of "glenterruptions" today at work during our meeting.
The "glenterruption" rate seems to be going up and also spreading to other people.
