Alva Pastor's definitions
They aren't jeans, shorts, jean shorts or jorts. They're called Placitas and they are painstakingly created to express one's individuality or to represent a tribe. The process usually begins with a pair of common jorts but after hours, possibly even days, of heavy drug use and careful manipulation of a ball-point pen they are transformed into one of the more amazing representations of individual character in the world.
