chev rats

A group of people who hang-out outside of gas stations after dark, usually at a Chevron. Chev rats sit outside on the curb of gas stations for hours at a time, not many people truly know what they are doing there.

For an example of real life chev rats, drive to your nearest Chevron, or other gas station, after dark.
