A negative slang term to replace "slut" or "ho." It generally refers to women wearing clothes that are too small or short to adequately cover themselves, thus seeing far more then you would ever want to.
Abbreviated from the word Labia.

Eg. "Man! Did you see that girl in the kitchen?" "Yeah, what a total layb."
