Gangster to the highest, means to be rich or to be wealthy.

Milly: hey Leo I wanna be a gangster at age 18.
Leo:Ma nigga for real!!! But do you know what that means?
Milly: Yup. It means to roll with crooks and do otherwise.
Leo: Hell nah!! It means to be rich
“Rich is gangster”.
