An extra regular female who is irrelevant to any situation, but tends to have and show false confidence. This false confidence normally develops over time due to her basic bitch shopping habits and or dillusional theory that heR style is the "baddest". Basic bitches tend it imitate the habbits and style of an ACE. BUT, in this case, an ACE already knows that imitation is the highest form of flattery... even from a basic bitch.
