A drinking challenge in which a participant must consume 4 four lokos and a 40 ounce in one day. Advisable to drink 3 four lokos early in the afternoon and then the last four loko and the 40 ounce at night after a meal and a nap.

John: "Hey I think I am going do a 4 four 40 next week"

Mike: "I will make sure they have a liver transplant ready"
