An affectionate term given to only a select few females who have been granted an honorable position in a group of friends. More commonly lead by Adam W. however others are welcome to experiment.

Adam: "Where mah bitches at?"
Bitches: "Right here!!!"
Adam: "Aight lets go to Gregg's"
