Otherwise known as "one more syndrome."

Refers to people who commonly say "one more!" after a game, typically of the video variety.

OT_Jiggy is known for having OMS. Some may say he's the founder of it.

"I've got a case of the OMS. I have to stream past 12 AM in order to win this game."
