The state of being higher than you've ever been before.

Example one
Friend one: "Are you okay bro? You've been watching Netflix trailers for an hour now."
Friend two: "Bruuuh, I think I'm zooming."

Example two
Friend one: "Bro you wanna come over and hit zoom with us?"
Friend two: "Nah bro, I'm still burnt out from being zoomed the other night."
