A temporary state of insanity caused by puffing drugs, high levels of stress, or intense anger caused by something trivial.
Yeah so we were smoking some boat, and this cat whigged out and just did a swan dive on the cement; thought it was water or something.

If I watch one more episode of bridezillas, i'm going to whig out.

Billy was whigging out because he thought the cops were here to arrest him.
