Snowboarder slang for a park rat thats good at park and makes newbies nervous/ uncomfortable since they don't want to appear lame. Similar to a Dugtrio, but rather than a group its usually just one guy.

That Duggets been standing there for a while, lets wait so he doesn't watch us fail.
