A mixture of the name 'Bryanna' and the word 'retard'. Usually used commonly as a nickname mostly given to teenagers and juvenliles named 'Bryanna' who act retarded and silly.

Bryanna: Wow! This textbook feels so amazing...just like...um...a textbook! :D
