Wet Sugar

Something passed, tossed, or thrown around that is typically not wanted or an inconvenience to the receiver. It is custom to spout out the phrase "Wet Sugar" while tossing, but not necessary.

Cory picks up single serving bag of sugar at restaurant dips it in glass of water and throws it at Nate hitting him in the face while triumphantly bellowing WET SUGAR!

Darin finishes with Tina (unsatisfied), and while passing her to Derek he yells WET SUGAR!
