A nonexistent word originating in the southmost tip of
Texas. Beef Steak is thinly sliced meat used on a
local cuisine called Tacos. The raza of the region can'
t pronounce beef steak because they got too much of Mexico in them.....so it comes out as Bistek instead of Beef Steaks.
