An Indian person from the village who is tragically unsophisticated. Can apply to anyone, not necessarily exclusive to Indians.

Sly: Where does Billy Bob come from?
Bugsy: Come By Chance, Newfoundland?
Sly: Damn, I knew it! What a pindu!
