Squambloid 

A rather large, mischievously un-splendid pimple located on the top of the bottox. A Squambloid is usually red and once popped, it continues to bleed for many minutes causing much anguish and repent.

"When Nancy mooned me, I could see a bunch of Squambloids awaiting on her buttcheeks.
