some1 who can't choose if they're a rock heart or a goth, e.g they luv rock bands such as red hot chili peppers but at the same time bands like stone-sour and slipknot. If u get called a goth becuase u luv heavy metal and stuff and get called a rock heart at the same time, my friend, ur a z-zoner. A Class A drug in the form of a pill. Otherwise known as Percocets or percs. The slang term usually depicts someone who has just taken the pill and is not "currently in the room" therefore the individual seems zoned-out .
