Unshowered, untrustworthy, unemployed and always disgusting people frequent locations with high foot traffic like Turkey Hill, Hess and Exxon on Market St looking for soft hearted people to beg for money and then feed the gambling machines inside. Afterwards they will prostitute themselves or gf/bf to feed their drug addictions behind the store. Driving. Driving is not an activity people that inhabit York do well. They speed through alleys and go 20 under the limit on the mains and often will stop in the middle of a one way street with their hazards on, disregarding the 10 open parking spaces to the left and right of them because they're far too ignorant, stupid and incapable of attempting to parallel park. In traffic control, the brief interval when a traffic light shows a red (for "stop") in all directions.

Until the 1970s, most traffic lights would switch red-to-green at the same instant that the other direction went yellow-to-red.
