The term woot woot is ebonics used to express a range of emotions dependent upon the situation. Often in conversation, it creates emphasis on the subject matter being discussed to disclose the importance and sincerity level of subject matter being discussed. At the same time, the term can take on new meanings from situation to situation, this phenomenon is expressed as historical proof in the music of African Americans.
