A woopa is the accidental slippage of your finger while delivering a dirty sanches to your bitch. After your shitty finger slips between her lips and over her tongue you may utter the word "woopa". If the woopa is intentional or premeditated the word is pronounced "whoopahhhh" rather loudly and excessive swagger can be heard in the voice. Woopapa is when a father does either of these to his daughter.

Noun. Dog Breed. Also known as the Eastern European Hoopas Woopas. A small to medium size dog. Males are up to 60 lbs, females weigh as much as 45 lbs. The Hoopas Woopas is the result of two prestigious dog breeds. The Northern Icelandic Hoopas dog and the North American Woopas. Both breeds are known for their protective nature. The Hoopas Woopas is a brownish tan with a short coat. Sometimes mistaken for the German Rottweiler. Only one Hoopas Woopas is known to still exist. It reportedly lives in Southern Arizona.
