resident of small town originating from same place particularly for example wellingborough in northants UK. similar to chav in usage but more implication that their parents took a dip in the shallow end of the gene pool - they were possibly first cousins.

This insult is used typically on people who make constant retarded decisions or say something retarded, but aren't actually retarded. The term comes from when kids on the short bus who are bored and start licking the window.

Military jargon. Refers to personnel assigned to look out a HMMWV window, scanning for threats.

Example: "Each HMMWV crew consists of a driver, a truck commander (TC), a turret gunner, and two windowlickers in the back."
