The Wienerwurst or a frankfuter is a sausage most Americans know as a Hot-Dog. It originated In Germany and was introduced to the United states in the 1870's in coney island. It is a sausage made up of Beef or pork with garlic, salt and paprika for seasong.
it is often steamed, grilled or smoked.
