An ironic exclamation used to express a complete lack of interest and/or enthusiasm.

Similar to, though more subtle than, "Who gives a fuck?"

Paul: "Rob Schneider's got a new movie coming out!"
Beverly: "Oh, really? Whoop-dee-shit!"
