Whipcracker

Racial slur for a Caucasian attempting to forcefully exert their supremacy on any other ethnic group, but retreats when their fallible rhetoric is either discredited or challenged. Just as though a Caucasian slave master is disarmed of their whip, unable to crack it at anyone else.
“Did you see Tucker Carlson’s piece on Chinese-Americans spreading COVID? What a fucking whipcracker.”
