wedgehead

A Wedgehead is a member of the British Army's Royal Engineers. The expression dates back to when the Royal Artillery ran away in Crimea forcing the Engineers to rescue their guns before the Russians stole them. In the chaos, they used dead infantry officers' bodies to wedge the wheels to stop the cannons rolling downhill.
See that Wedgehead over there? He is thick as mince and a complete waste of rations.

punching above his weight

A pig ugly bloke going out with a hottie, or raggy looking woman going out with a handsome gent.
Geez, that porker Bradford is punching above his weight going out with that glamour Shirley. Yeah but she is a slag so looks are all that count right?

Worth the Weight

A joke about the heavy founder of Valve, Gabe Newell, a game developer that creates great games but is terribly slow. (See Valve Time) It stems from Gabe himself saying that a certain game will be "Worth the wait" when it comes out.
It created a Youtube craze, just look it up on there.
Person 1: Half-Life 3 is taking an awfully long time to be released, and Gabe has no news...
Person 2: Hopefully it will be worth the weight!
